Bunny Diversions: Tunnels of Love
by Steven Lumpkins

Butterscotch & Patches Living the Good LifeWe built Butterscotch and Patches a bunny condo out of Creative Cubes.

It's 3 stories high . . . four cubes wide . . . and 2 cubes deep. The condo doors are always open so the bunnies have free run of the house, but they prefer to stay in the living room.

To make it a little more fun for them, we bought four Quick Crete cement-pouring tubes and taped two pairs together to make 2 loooong tubes. We put them behind each sofa in the living room.

So, if you can picture this: when our bunnies run out of their condo and take a quick right, they can enter the first tube that takes them behind the love seat. This opens up into a corner that we have covered with sea grass mats, which incidentally, they LOVE to destroy. From here, they can enter a second tube that is hidden behind the couch. This tube opens into a similar corner area . . . also covered with sea grass mats. We keep a lot of toys in these corners for them, so they're always running back and forth.
